Conclude Accountants has adopted a standardized Quality Assurance (QA) approach. Within this approach, systematic quality assurance audits are performed by inspection of the quality management system to ensure that provided services comply with internal requirements and external requirement such as the International Standards on Auditing (ISA’s) and the NVCOS (Dutch Standards). The QA requirements are integrated in our approach and are based on the quality requirements, of customers, legislators or industry best practices.

This integration implies that quality is anchored in our products, the internal organization and is reflected in the areas of information security and quality management.

With our approach of continuous improvement, Conclude Accountants focuses on improving, standardizing and centralizing activities, based on Kaizen, an method that we learned from our customers in Japan.

Uniform working procedures ensure that optimal results are continuously achieved. Our uniform working method serves as an management tool on the processes surrounding project implementations and audits. This also contributes to obtaining accurate information and helps in making intelligent choices. Adhering to procedures and agreements makes risks manageable. Any risk resulting from this can be prevented or limited.

The environment of continuous improvement within Conclude Accountants has been integrated in the QA process. This process addresses the environmental variables, requirements, the control framework and monitoring of risks.
